Before commissioning a report
01 What is the RSCIEI?
The Industrial Fire Safety Regulation (RD 2267/2004). Non-compliance is a frequent cause of dispute.
02 What is a post-lease report?
It determines which damages are normal wear (landlord's responsibility) and which are attributable to the tenant for improper use or unauthorised modifications.
