When is a counter-report needed

When the opposing party presents an expert report that does not reflect the technical reality. The counter-report analyses the methodology, data and conclusions of the original report and identifies its shortcomings or errors.

Analysis methodology

Systematic review of the original report: verification of input data, adequacy of methodology, coherence of conclusions and regulatory compliance. Each discrepancy is documented with independent technical evidence.

03 How do you rebut an opposing expert report? +
With a counter-report reviewing methodology, data and regulations, and with ratification in court. See this guide to challenging an opposing report.
